Strategic marketing plan for maximum property exposure (including professional photography & videography services, complimentary home staging, targeted social media marketing, virtual website and tour, secure access for every showing, open houses until it's sold, and of course, full color brochures with a yard sign). As a courtesy and to allow my full attention to be focused on your home, I only list 1 property per week.
