When Kathryn started as a Realtor 3 years ago, she had no idea that she would be stepping into her dream career. After spending several years working in Higher Education at Whitworth University, she decided she was ready for a change and real estate immediately drew her attention. As a Realtor and small-business owner, Kathryn loves being able to pair her marketing savvy with a genuine love for people and desire to see them thrive in her favorite place in the world: home. Kathryn brings her skills of fierce negotiation, creative problem-solving, and relentless tenacity to each client she partners with. Since starting in real estate, she has partnered with over 90 families to buy and sell property and now ranks in the top 5% of Realtors in her market. She loves offering a boutique, high-touch real estate experience to each client she has the privilege of working with. In addition to her brokerage business, she enjoys consulting as a Certified Real Estate Coach, and investing in other professionals in her industry.
In her spare time, you can find Kathryn nose-deep in a new book, on the golf course with Reggie, or in her favorite place in the world: outside in the garden (wine-glass in hand) talking about her next business idea with her best friend and business partner.

Reggie is entering into the real estate industry with five years of construction experience, many of which were spent working on residential remodels. For the last 12 months, Reggie has exercised his skillset and creativity to fully remodel their personal home, his biggest project yet. Reggie looks forward to bringing his knowledge and passion for homes to a new industry that he feels will set him apart from other Realtors. In his spare time, he enjoys working around his property with Kathryn, going on weekend trips in his VW Vanagon, and golfing as much as Kathryn will let him.

Isabel is our Director of Marketing and client care. She has spent the last several years in the heart of Oregon wine country, working at one of the valley's top wineries as apart of their farm-to-table culinary program. Prior to that, she traveled with a nonprofit as a photographer and content creator.
Throughout her life, she has found herself immersed in a culture of creativity, giving her an array of skills and an artistic intuition that we love having apart of our team.
She has a deep passion for hosting, curation, and making homes a refuge. With an eye for vintage interiors and a knack for homemade flower arrangements, you’ll often find her perusing the local antique stores or on a walk with a fistful of foraged greenery.
