Kathryn McInturff
After spending several years working in Higher Education at Whitworth University, she decided she was ready for a change and real estate immediately drew her attention.
As a Realtor and small-business owner, Kathryn loves being able to pair her marketing savvy with a genuine love for people and desire to see them thrive in her favorite place in the world: home. Kathryn brings her skills of fierce negotiation, creative problem-solving, and relentless tenacity to each client she partners with. Since starting in real estate, she has partnered with over 90 families to buy and sell property and now ranks in the top 5% of Realtors in her market. She loves offering a boutique, high-touch real estate experience to each client she has the privilege of working with. In addition to her brokerage business, she enjoys consulting as a Certified Real Estate Coach, and investing in other professionals in her industry.
In her spare time, you can find Kathryn nose-deep in a new book, on the golf course with Reggie, or in her favorite place in the world: outside in the garden (wine-glass in hand) talking about her next business idea with her best friend and business partner.

Reggie McInturff
For the last 12 months, Reggie has exercised his skillset and creativity to fully remodel their personal home, his biggest project yet. Reggie looks forward to bringing his knowledge and passion for homes to a new industry that he feels will set him apart from other Realtors. In his spare time, he enjoys working around his property with Kathryn, going on weekend trips in his VW Vanagon, and golfing as much as Kathryn will let him.
